This is truly an exotic piece--the hind wing of a Sunset Moth from the island of Madagascar. It has multiple swallowtails and an array of colors, giving it the nickname the Rainbow Butterfly. The colors of this wing are impressive and completely natural. 
The wing has been covered with a jewelry grade resin to make it sturdy, yet lightweight and wearable. Hangs on a 24” stainless steel chain. Made in the USA (and West Virginia!)
